well it's sat 1st july today & the first due date has well gone & there is still no sign of the little one appearing. as they say let nature take

wed 5th july all quiet on the expectant front.he has started to calm down a little,some say this is the start.

most babies go quiet before the are due to come out????

sat 8th july & still all quiet.so much for him calming down though,he's been throwing a wobbler for the last couple of days.im sure he must be doing aerobics or something.lisa's belly is moving from side to side,up & down & even inside out by the looks of things?????

more vodka & redbull please & i think ill order a balti now!!!!!!!!!

mon 10th july.had final visit to the midwife today.everything is still going great.i recorded his heart beat & have posted it on the baby picture page.the final due date is sat 15th july & if he's not here

by thurs 20th july lisa has to go in to hospital to be induced.never mind i wont feel a thing?.

sat 15th july.today is the final due date & so far all is quiet.

he has been moving around a bit more but only in short movements.

it looks like we will be counting down till thurs now,unless anything

fri 21st july.well yesterday was the final time michael had.we made a visit to the hospital & after an examination.they have told us if he's not here by tues 25th july then it's time for inducement!!!!!!!!!

so at 8-00am we're going to city hospital & his time is up.

michael made his first appearance today sat 22nd july at 6-26pm.

lisa started her contractions last night at 10-10pm(fri 21st july).

after 20 long & emotional hours of labour michael was delivered by cesarian section.i know im biased but he is the most beautiful baby ive ever seen.he has only cried twice.once after being delivered & then when he was put on the scales.

weighing in at a handsome 8lbs 9ozs.both mother & baby are doing well.i will post the photos of him soon in his first clothes.(the blues romper suit).

update 8.(first pictures are now on picture page).

wed 26th july.we are all home now.michael is now in his new enviroment.so much for him being quiet though,last night he kept us up all night crying. only time will tell if this was a one off!!!
